Tualatin Valley Youth Lacrosse League is pleased to offer a 6 week recreational lacrosse program for boy and girl youth lacrosse players in the Beaverton and surrounding area.

TVLAX Summer Lacrosse 2012
6 weekly 75 minute sessions including a short practice and game. More info further down the page.

Thursday evenings, June 21 - July 26. Times TBD.

Who:
Boys and girls from 3rd-8th grade (2011-2012 school year) of all lacrosse experience levels.

Cost:
$75, plus current US Lacrosse membership. Includes T-shirt.
Players who do not live within THPRD boundaries must also pay an out-of-district fee to THPRD.
TVLAX Summer Lacrosse 2012 is being administered by volunteers from Aloha Youth Lacrosse (AYL), one of the TVLAX member clubs. AYL is providing registration and payment processing services, as well as scheduling and staffing for the program.

In addition to coordinating interaction between these member clubs, TVLAX manages two annual lacrosse tournaments and the TVLAX Summer lacrosse program. TVLAX is the official youth lacrosse affiliate for Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation Department, and facilitates access to fields used by the Beaverton area youth lacrosse clubs.

Registration
Registration and payments are handled primarily online.
Registration for the Summer 2012 season ends Jun 12, 2012. A $10 late registration fee is added for registrations after Jun 5, 2012, so register early.

Players
TVLAX welcomes grade 3-8 girls and boys (2011-2012 school year) from all over the Beaverton area.
Teams
Players will be placed on teams based on their school grade and gender.

Parents who want their player to play at a different grade level will need to contact the registrar and make arrangements.
Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation Department (THPRD) ID Number
A valid THPRD ID number is necessary to register. If you live outside of the THPRD District Boundary, you will need to contact THPRD prior to registering and pay an assessment fee ($67 for the spring quarter in 2011) to get a THPRD ID number. For THPRD contact information and to see if your address is within THPRD boundaries visit https://www.thprd.org/portal/regpolicy.cfm .
US Lacrosse Membership
US Lacrosse Membership is required for all players. Most Spring lacrosse players already have a valid US Lacrosse membership. If necessary, the registration system will direct you to the US Lacrosse website where the $25 yearly registration fee is paid directly to US Lacrosse.
Refund Policy
The deadline to request a refund of registration fees is June 20th, 2012. All refund requests must be made in writing (email) to
. The $25 US Lacrosse membership fee paid to US Lacrosse is non-refundable. All refunds will incur a $5 administration fee.
Player Equipment
All players provide their own equipment.
Girls grade 3-8 Equipment.

A reversible jersey, or separate light and dark jersees.

Cleats (highly recommended). Softball or soccer cleats are fine so long as they do not have steel cleats.
